I believe Klunder Homes has built 3 new homes for my wife and I. That says a lot when you keep going back to the same company. I set the bar pretty high and the reason I went with Klunder Homes was because I knew they set the bar high as well and usually they went even beyond what was expected.

We were very impressed with the organization on the job. Almost every day of the construction there were multiple employees on the job. Getting supplies in a timely fashion isn't an easy job anymore. It takes good planning. They were organized and knew what they were doing. Both Brook's employees and sub-contractors did a great job. We had spoke with other people about their build with other contractors and sometimes they would see no one for a week or more. That was a non issue with Brook. We made a couple of changes on the fly and Brook accommodated without complaint. They are a "can do" type of company. He had good employees and his two sons, Noah and Owen are very hard workers. They all treated the employees with respect and seemed to work hard.
